A Systems Approach to Community Sponsorship in the United States: Leveraging Connection and Collaboration for Sustainable Change in Community Sponsorship

This report provides an analysis of the findings and recommendations from the 2024 RWC Member Gathering held in May 2024, which focused on the theme of “Coordination and Connection” in community sponsorship (CS). Using a system mapping approach, participants mapped the CS landscape to identify key opportunities for enhanced collaboration and system-wide transformation.
